Initial every page of a contract in one click, plus a signature on the last page.

Upload a multi-page contract, type your initials, click 'Initial every page', then place your signature on the final page. The same engine that powers our PDF Signer, framed for long contracts where every page needs initials.

How it works

  1. Upload the contract PDF.
  2. Type or draw your initials and click 'Initial every page' to stamp them on all pages at once.
  3. Add your full signature on the last page, then Process and download the initialled PDF.

Use cases

Frequently asked questions

Will my initials appear on every page automatically?

Yes. Click 'Initial every page' once and your initials are placed in the bottom-right corner of every page. You can drag any individual stamp to fine-tune the position.

Can I still add a full signature on the last page?

Yes. Use 'Add signature' on the page you want and place it where you need. Initials on every page and a signature on the last page is the most common pattern for contracts.

Can I use a drawn signature instead of typed initials?

Yes. Switch to 'Drawn' mode for initials and draw them with your finger or mouse, then click 'Initial every page' and the drawn initials get stamped on every page.

Will the original PDF text stay searchable?

Yes. We stamp initials and signatures on top of the existing PDF without rasterising the page, so the underlying text stays selectable and searchable.
